CSA Participates in Summit for Education
The California Sign Association (CSA) continues to partner with California Educators, in support of its efforts to obtain and retain a qualified workforce. As registered attendees of the 5th Annual “College and Career Pathways Summit” this year, Roy Flahive, Executive Director and Cheryl Flahive, Director of Member Services, represented CSA and joined other education, business, and community leaders as they explored the latest research and programs to prepare students for the careers of the future.
With the goal of highlighting innovation in College and Career Readiness (CCR) for K-16, the summit was held at National University’s Spectrum Center in San Diego, California. The highlights of the event included a breakfast and networking session; the general session with speakers from Classroom of the Future Foundation (CFF), San Diego County Office of Education, ConnectED, and multiple school districts; and breakout sessions with experts in the College and Career Readiness field.
