President Skip Moore is a third generation sign business owner. His grandfather, Art Nelson, founded Nelson Neon, in Richmond, California in 1948. Art's son-in-law, Bill Moore, joined his business in 1953. Bill Moore and Associates was founded twenty-three years later. Skip joined his father's business in 1977. Vice President and co-owner Alastair Cumming was hired in 1984. Today, Skip and Alastair lead an organization that combines talent from the fields of graphic design, architecture and the sign industry.
