Stay Informed – Brief reports will be given to bring all in attendance current on the association, for the (2014-2015) year. It’s been a busy year; this is the time to get updated. Then it’s election time! Come and join other CSA members casting their ballot to elect the 2015-16 CSA Board of Directors.

Attendees will enjoy a fabulous lunch, as the widely admired and much in demand, Gaslamp Players present historic vignettes based upon the early history of what was then known as San Diego’s New Town. These costumed performers portray some of San Diego’s most interesting characters – from Alonzo Horton “Father of New San Diego,” to Chief of Police Keno Wilson, to Ida Bailey, the popular madame who ran the high-class brothel, Canary Cottage!
- 1:30 – 2:45 p.m. – Education Session – The Sale: More Than Asking For The Order! Closing The Sale is all about what comes after prospecting, and there’s much more to closing than simply asking for the order. Dave will teach you to think in terms of proposals rather than quotes, and how to manage your expectations so that you can lose the initial battle but still win the war. He will also teach you to negotiate effectively, addressing value, cost and price – in that order! -$25

Pub+Grub+ Bowling – Let the Good Times Roll!
Our evening activities will take us to East Village Tavern + Bowl, (EVT) located in downtown San Diego just minutes away from the Wyndham San Diego Bayside. CSA is taking over a room with a six-lane alley inside; bowling, shoe rental, fabulous food and drink tickets included. If bowling is not your thing, observers are encouraged to cheer for their favorite bowlers and enjoy the good food, beverages and camaraderie. CSA will provide transportation between the Wyndham Hotel and (EVT) – No need to drive – No need to find parking – No need to dodge Johnny Law in order to get back to your room!
